Chef Raj grew up in Southall, London where her family's kitchen was filled with the aroma of homecooked meals. Surrounded by various flavors, she developed a love for food early on. Her family's chippy shop played a key role in her childhood, teaching her about cooking and community. Raj learned from her mother, who valued fresh ingredients, traditional methods, and the courage to innovate. This rich culinary background shapes Raj’s cooking, blending her heritage with modern elements.
